Shunan gypsum board (gypsum board) joint filler is gypsum-based (gypsum-based), which is made of fine hemihydrate gypsum powder and metered glue, and is suitable for gap filling of building wallboards. It has the characteristics of high bonding strength, small shrinkage deformation, good adaptability and excellent construction performance. It is suitable for joint treatment of gypsum boards, filling nail holes and large gaps, with superior performance and high crack resistance efficiency.
Gypsum board ceiling partitions, wall ingredients, unpainted white cement walls, cracks in walls, etc. It can prevent cracking, fast curing, high hardness and convenient construction. Gypsum board joint treatment and joint paper tape paste, can also be used for filling and batch leveling of gypsum board surface.

(1) Use front surface treatment to remove floating soil, loose matter and various substances that are not conducive to bonding.
(2) Put the gypsum joint powder into a clean container, then add water (the ratio of powder to water is 1:0.4) and mix thoroughly to form a gel.
(3) Evenly fill the gap formed by the inclined surface of the edge of the gypsum board with the adjusted powder, and then lay a paper seam tape along the joint, and press the seam tape into the freshly scraped powder.
(4) There should be enough powdery glue under the seam tape to ensure that the glue is firm, and then scrape a thin layer of powdery glue. This can reduce the occurrence of curling or wrinkling (generally scrape twice)
(5) If mixed with water, please use within 60 minutes, otherwise the powder will not solidify.
Reference dosage
20 kg of this bag can be used for joints of gypsum boards of about 35 square meters.
For batch leveling, the dosage depends on the specific coating thickness.
