Self-leveling compound/self-leveling cement

It is a dry-mixed powdery material composed of special cement, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether and other active ingredients. It is a high-tech environmentally friendly product refined with advanced technology and formula. It hardens quickly and can be walked on in 4-5 hours, and surface construction can be carried out after 24 hours. It is more convenient for workers to operate than traditional manual leveling.

Application scope

Construction method

1. The base material must be clean, dry and firm without any residue, and then the base surface should be painted with New Dadi's special interface agent.
2. After about 2-6 hours, add water and stir before construction. Be sure to strictly mix the self-leveling cement:water 25:6~6.5kg. First pour 6~6.5kg of water into the bucket, then pour the product side down while stirring until the mixture is uniform, leave it for 1 minute, then stir briefly again.
3. Pour the mixture into the construction area and move it with a zigzag rake to the desired uniform thickness (construction thickness 1-4mm).
4. Before initial setting, use a defoaming roller to remove the previously mixed air.

Precautions

1. Do not add too much water, otherwise the compressive strength will be reduced.

2. No strong wind or sun exposure within 24 hours after construction.
