Product Description
The three-layer tempered laminated glass is made of the highest quality float glass and glued interlayer in China, and more than three pieces of float glass are bonded together by advanced technology. After placing the PVB interlayer between the glass sheets, the entire assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This makes the vinyl and glass fully bonded. In the event of a break, glass shards remain bonded to the plastic interlayer.
Laminated glass process:PVB laminated glass is manufactured by bonding two or more annealed or heat-treated glass sheets with one or more PVB interlayers and subjecting them to heat and pressure to ensure a perfect bond between the constituent elements.
