HFM500 thermal flow switch adopts the principle of thermal diffusion, and the temperature difference between the two sensors can be used as the basis for measuring flow. When the medium flow rate increases, the temperature difference decreases, and vice versa. The temperature difference value is processed, converted into a standard electrical signal output and displayed. This product adopts full metal shell design, 6-digit LED display flow trend and switch status. The potentiometer of this product is simple to set, easy to operate, without any moving parts inside, maintenance-free, and can measure a variety of media.

LED functions and settings
Install the flow switch, remove the protective screw, make the medium flow according to the flow rate that needs to be monitored, adjust the potentiometer, make the first green LED just light up, and release the switch when the flow rate is lower than the current value. To make the switch point smaller than the current flow rate, adjust Potentiometer to make green LED brighter
