1. If I have special size foam sheets or foam blocks, can you make them for us?Yes of course. There are two solutions for special sizes (1) Cut from our standard size 150*200cm or 180*200cm to your special size, but we will charge the price of the whole piece of 150*200cm or 180*200cm. (2) If the total quantity exceeds 50 CBM, we can produce the entire production line for you with your special dimensions.2. Can you produce PU foam in roll form? What is the maximum width and length?Yes, we can make foam rolls with a maximum width of 230cm and a maximum length of 60m.3. Can the color of the foam be changed according to my requirements?Yes, we can customize color base based on MOQ 50 CBM.
4.What is the load capacity of 20GP and 40HQ?The foam will be compressed and evacuated before loading. For 20GP, the vessel can be loaded with approximately 90 CBM of foam before compression. For the 40HQ, the container can hold approximately 250 CBM before compression. If the foam is super soft foam, 20GP can load about 110CBM and 40HQ can load 270CBM.5. What is the delivery time?10-15 working days after deposit.6. Will vacuum packaging affect the quality of the foam? How long does it take for the foam to return to its original shape and volume after opening the package?Typically, it may take up to 48 hours for the foam to return to its original size. We have customers in the United States, Chile, Australia and New Zealand to whom we also export foam rolls and foam sheets. We have some customers in South America, and the shipping time will be more than 1 month. The foam is always in good condition after opening the package.
7. Can you send me some samples?Yes, we can provide free samples with overseas express shipping costs borne by customers, which is highly appreciated.8. What is the difference between drawer foaming and continuous foaming?Brushed foaming is done by hand in a fixed size mold, such as 150 X 200 X 150cm, so it will have the maximum size like the mold. Since the chemical reaction takes place in the mold, its foaming reaction is upward and the efficiency is high.
