1. If I have special size foam board or foam block, can you make it for us?
Yes of course. There are two solutions for special sizes
(1) Cut to your special size from our standard size 150*200cm or 180*200cm, but we will charge the whole piece price
150*200cm or 180*200cm.
(2) If the total quantity is more than 60 cubic meters, we can produce the whole line in special size for you.
2. Can you make foam in roll shape? What is the maximum width and length?
Yes, we can make foam rolls up to a maximum width of 210cm and a maximum length of 60m.
3. Can the color of the foam be changed as needed?
Yes, we can customize color based on MOQ 60 CBM.
4. What is the load capacity of 20GP and 40HQ?
The foam will be compressed and vacuumed before loading.
For 20GP, the container can hold about 90 CBM of foam before compression. For 40HQ, the container can load about 250
CBM before compression.
If the foam is super soft foam, 20GP can hold about 110CBM, and 40HQ can hold 270CBM.
5. What's the delivery time?
7 working days after deposit.
6. Does it affect the foam quality after vacuuming? How long does it take for the foam to return to its original shape and volume after opening the package?
Typically, it may take 2-3 days for the foam to return to its original size. We have customers in USA, Australia and New Zealand to whom we also export foam rolls and foam sheets. We have some customers in South America and the shipping time will be more than one month. The foam is always in good condition after opening the package.
7. Can you send me some samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples with size 20*20*5cm.
The foreign express freight provided by customers is highly appreciated.
8. What is the difference between drawer foaming and continuous foaming?
The brushed foam is made by hand in a fixed size mould, like 150 X 200 X 150cm, so it will have a maximum size like the mould. Due to the chemical reaction in the mold, its foaming reaction is upward and has good elasticity. Handmade foam is very suitable for making sofa cushions. Continuous foaming is made by a long foaming continuous machine. A chemical reaction takes place inside the machine, and the foam is pulled meter by meter along the machine platform. So it has great strength, great for roll foam, quilted mattress toppers, for mattresses and sofas. It can produce a large number of products at one time. It is efficient.
