Broadwell executives with more than 18 years of industry experience started the company with the goal of producing higher quality domes at a lower cost. We analyze and research every element of air-supported structures and make them better, stronger, safer, most cost-effective and more efficient. We have close to 400 domes in 12 countries around the world and this number is growing every week. We install domes on average once a week.
Broadwell Manufacturing Park is currently the largest gas mask factory base in the world and the only one in China.
The manufacturing park and mask production workshops #1 and #2 were completed in 2015 and 2017, respectively.
The total area of the park is 33,145 square meters, and it has two air dome clean rooms with areas of 9,000 square meters and 6,400 square meters respectively.The air film production workshop is large enough to meet the film spreading operation. The membrane material can be cut, welded and punched in strict accordance with the design drawings.
The manufacturing park is equipped with the most advanced film material and steel cable production and processing equipment, such as orbital integrated cutting machine, heat sealing machine and so on. The longest 120-meter track machine in China.The annual production capacity of the manufacturing park will reach 5 million square meters.
Industry uniqueness: The Xi'an R&D Center established in 2012 is a unique air film R&D center in the industry. Expert team: The team is led by a first-class registered architect and a first-class registered constructor, bringing together 27 experts from architectural engineering, space/structure, electrical automation, computer, HVAC and other majors. Industry-university-research cooperation: Establish long-term industry-university-research strategic cooperation with Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology, Chang'an University and other domestic famous architectural institutions. High R&D investment: Broadwell's annual R&D investment is as high as 10%.
