Product Description
ETFE film is directly made of ETFE raw materials. ETFE not only has excellent impact resistance, electrical function, thermal stability and chemical resistance, but also has high mechanical strength, good processability, strong self-cleaning property and good fire resistance. This thin film material transmits light so well that it is called "soft glass". Light weight, good toughness, high tensile strength, not easy to tear, and more than 400% ductility.

ETFE membrane structure is slightly different from other membrane structures. It uses a small piece of ETFE membrane material mounted in a replaceable steel member. Its shape can be changed according to the shape of the steel components, such as: the hexagon of Eden, the irregular shape of the water cube, etc., giving the building vivid life and people can remember it at a glance.
ETFE membrane material can maintain stable performance in the temperature range of -200~150°C, and the melting point of the material is about 275°C, so ETFE membrane material has excellent climate adaptability. According to research data, the mechanical and optical properties of ETFE films exposed to harsh weather conditions for more than 15 years have not changed.
