A2: For small order, we suggest to use LCL by sea. For larger projects, use FCL.

A3: We accept T/T, L/C for large amount, for small order, you can pay us by Paypal, Western Union, etc.

Q4: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A4: It depends on the season and different forwarders. Different freight forwarders and different seasons charge different fees. You can consult your designated forwarder or us at any time.

Q5: What's your delivery time?
A5: After the samples are approved and the deposit is paid, the bulk lead time is about 15-25 days.

Q6: Can I print our logo/barcode/unique QR code/serial number on your products?
A6: Yes, of course. We can provide this service as long as the customer needs it.

Q7: Can I order some samples for our test?
A7: Samples will be invoiced at FOB price x 2, but samples will be refunded when you place an order and meet MOQ 150pcs per color per style.

Q8: Can you customize my special shape product?
A8: Yes, we provide OEM and ODM service. This service has always been our forte.

Q9: How can you make sure we will receive high quality products?
A9: We have internal QC inspection, if you want, we can have third party to do testing or AQL inspection on bulk products.

Q10: What is the loading capacity of the whole cabinet?
A10: It depends on the wall hole you need.
