1. The upper and lower keels are respectively fixed on the top floor and the bottom floor with expansion bolts.

2. Align the vertical keel as required (generally 612mm), and install the horizontal support keel.

3. Cut the board to the required size (about 10mm lower than the height of the wall)

4. The plate is fixed on the keel with self-tapping screws in the form of anchor joints: the self-tapping screw spacing is generally about 200~250mm, and the screw sinks the plate surface by 0.5mm.

5. An expansion joint of about 4 mm should be left between the boards.

6. The guard plate should be fixed from the middle to the four sides, and it cannot be operated at multiple points at the same time, so as to avoid internal stress and wrinkle the plate.

7. Before the board is packaged and fixed, it can be filled with glass wool or rock wool as needed.

1. Carry out the ceiling measurement line to determine the fixed position of the ceiling. The center range of the boom is generally 1200.

2. Use the pendant to connect and fix the boom and the main keel to keep the main keel in a horizontal position.

3. Fix the auxiliary keel vertically on the main keel with the pendant; the center range of the auxiliary keel axis is 612mm.

4. Install the horizontal support keel, and its center range is 1224mm.

5. Fix the plate on the auxiliary keel with self-tapping screws, and make joints.
