Product Description
SEPNA PU110 is a one-component self-leveling polyurethane-based coating that cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture to form a seamless yet flexible waterproofing membrane.

Instructions for use
Tool preparation:Cleaning tools include serrated plastic scrapers, brushes, plastic buckets, 30kg electronic scales, rubber gloves and spatulas.
Use environment requirements: The sealant should be installed under clean conditions of 5~35°C and relative humidity of 35~85%RH.
CSlanted substrate surface:The substrate should be solid and free of loose matter; dry without construction on a damp substrate; clean and free of dust, oil, asphalt, tar, paint, wax, rust, impervious agents, curing agents, release agents and films, etc. should be wiped, cut, polished,
Sweep, wash, wipe and blow.
If large cracks appear on the substrate surface, The cracks should be filled with sealant, and the filling surface should be leveled and flush with the coating. After the surface curing depth reaches more than 3mm, the coating can be applied at the joints.
First paint application:First brush the wall corners and pipe joints locally, and then use a zigzag plastic scraper to scrape a large area. It is required to be uniform, not too thick, and the thickness of the layer is generally 0.5mm (too thick, the coating is easy to foam).
Secondary coating application:After the first coat is fully cured (about 12 hours),
Then scrape evenly for the second time. The optimal thickness of the second coat is 0.7mm. The direction of scraping should be perpendicular to the direction of the first scraping. Please refer to the first painting for details.
Third coat application:After the second coat is fully cured, apply a third coat evenly. The direction of scraping should be perpendicular to the direction of the second scraping. Special Note: The number of scraping coatings is determined according to the design of the coating thickness, and the total coating thickness is 2.0-2.2mm.
Application of protective layer: If necessary, a protective layer can be applied to the surface of the coating.
cleaning tools:Immerse the tool in toluene or xylene (do not immerse in ethanol solvent), and use it after cleaning the solvent. If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned with alcohol or other organic solvents. The cured sealant should be scraped off and peeled off.
