This tape is highly resistant to cracking, tearing and edge lifting when exposed to indoor or outdoor environments. It is designed for splicing and terminating cables with emergency overload temperatures up to 266°F (130°C). This Self-Fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber High Insulation Voltage Tape has a snakeskin lining that can be easily removed when the tape is applied. It is compatible with synthetic cable insulation and paper insulated cables.
