A: Usually, we accept T/T, LlC irrevocable. For regular orders, we prefer to pay 30% deposit before production, and pay the balance before delivery. (We accept third party inspection before shipment)

A: Delivery time is 7-15 days after order and deposit confirmed.

A: We ship from Shanghai Port
Q4: How can I get a sample?
A: For regular customers, we can provide samples for free, and customers only need to pay the express freight. For new customers, we will charge a sample fee that is 50% higher than the unit price, and customers also need to pay for the express freight.
Q5: How should I pay for the express freight if I order samples?
A: For old customers with DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, you can give us your account, we will send samples by freight collect. For customers who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express cost for you, and you can pay the freight directly to our company account. Then we will deliver the samples by prepayment.
