promote,As a key component of the suspended platform, it is the power mechanism of the working platform.
The hoist is driven by an electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor, which drives the wire rope conveying mechanism after being decelerated by a worm wheel and a pair of meshing gears. The wire rope conveying mechanism is mainly composed of a pair of driving wheels and a grooved internal gear.
LTD63The working wire rope is twisted in "α" shape in the "V" shape groove of the grooved internal gear. Relying on the friction force on both sides of the "V" groove to make the hoist move up and down along the working wire rope.
Working principle of LTD80 hoist:The working wire rope is twisted in an "S" shape in the "V" shape groove of the grooved internal gear.
