Description of concrete admixture:

Animal protein foaming agent is a new type of foaming agent developed by Tongrun Company based on the performance of the original cement foaming agent, adjusting the process formula and repeatedly testing. Not only the foaming power is reliable, but also the quality of foam concrete is guaranteed. It can be widely used in floor heating insulation layer, roof insulation layer, CLC block, lightweight partition board, fire door core board, flue, etc.

Performance characteristics of concrete admixture

(1) The protein foam produced by the animal protein foaming agent has high surface strength and good foam stability. The lightweight concrete products provided by the foaming agent have a closed state independent of each other, and there is no communication between air bubbles, so that the lightweight concrete products have a greater permeability;

(2) Under the same density, animal protein foaming agent products have better sealing and heat preservation performance and higher strength than vegetable foaming agent products;

(3) Due to its excellent foam stability, the thickness of the foam concrete poured at one time can reach 2.8 meters without collapsing, so it is more suitable for the production of foam concrete blocks, lightweight panels, and thin walls;

(4) Good fluidity: the foamed concrete has good fluidity, which is good for forming;

(5) Typical construction can be carried out at around -2°C;

(6) Adding an appropriate amount of sand in the foam concrete as an animal foaming agent has insufficient requirements for cement quality;

(7) The animal foaming agent has an excellent inhibitory effect on the cracking of foamed concrete during the setting process.

Instructions for use of concrete admixture:

(1) Pre-dilute according to the ratio of 1 part foaming agent: 40 parts water.

(2) Insert the pump tube of the foaming machine into the diluted foaming liquid, and turn on the start button to start foaming. Put the blown foam into the prefabricated cement slurry, and continue stirring at a low speed to make the mortar and foam mix evenly.

(3) Inject appropriate amount of foam according to the requirement of bulk density, and after stirring evenly, the production of foam concrete is completed.

(4) Animal protein foaming agent It is recommended to add 0.8-1kg animal foaming agent stock solution per cubic foam concrete product.

Concrete admixture storage method:

Animal protein cement foaming agent should be sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse at -5℃~25℃.

If it is exposed to direct sunlight or high temperature for a long time, it will easily cause deterioration.
