1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,00 pieces. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the corresponding cost, hope you can place a large order after checking the quality of our products and understanding our services.
 
2. Can I get samples?
certainly. We usually provide existing samples for free. But customized designs need to charge a little sample fee. The sample fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. We usually send samples via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account, you can ship on your account, if not, you can pay our pope for shipping and we will ship on our account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
 
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it will take 5-7 days, depending on whether your design requires a new printing screen, etc.
 
4. How long is the production lead time?
MOQ takes 30 days. We have large production capacity and can guarantee fast delivery time even for large quantities.
 
5. If I want my own design, what format of file do you need?
We have our own interior designer. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawings of the mold or printing screen according to the technology for your final confirmation.
 
6. How many colors are available?
We use the Pantone Matching System to match colors. So just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We'll match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
 
7. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T after order signing and 70% deposit against copy of bill of lading. We also accept L/C at sight.
