Q3: Can I get product samples?

A3: Yes, of course. Just provide us your design, artwork, no minimum quantity, we can print the image through our upscaling machine, and we will take photos for your approval before delivery.

If you need physical samples, we will send them to you via freight collect.

Q4: I would like to know the specific delivery process.

A4: We will provide you with the tracking number when shipping. It may be noticed on the internet.

Q5: I need something very urgent, how fast can you produce it?

A6: For most items, it only takes 4-10 days in case of emergency. Based on your project, we will check the schedule and get you the fastest production time.

Q6: I received it, but it’s an error, what should I do?
