Introduction to thermoplastics:
Arlau Company has a very mature thermoplastic coating production line with a history of more than 10 years. Only 2-3 factories in China have this production line, which can form a production model of rapid and large-scale delivery, with a monthly output of more than 10,000 sheets. Color, shape and size can be customized. Our patio furniture is covered with a copolymer-based thermoplastic powder coating. Thermoplastics are environmentally friendly and the coating will not fade, crack, peel, warp or change color over the life of the product. Thermoplastics have the best adhesion rates of any other process. This protects the metal base from any possibility of corrosion. The coating thickness of thermoplastic is 0.8-1.5mm.
