2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need samples, we will charge for samples. But when your order quantity is more than MOQ, the sample charge can be refunded after order confirmed.

3. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacture. We can produce products according to your requirements. Please send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like them arranged. We will send you the completed files for confirmation.
4. How long can I expect to receive the sample?
After you pay the sample fee and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within 3-7 days. Samples will be sent to you by express and arrive within 3-5 days. You can use your own express account, or prepay us if you don't have an account.

5. How about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time for MOQ is about 20-30 days. Generally speaking, we recommend that you start your inquiry two months before the date you want to buy the product in your country.
