Fiber cement board (asbestos free) Fiber cement board is a composite material made of quartz sand, cement and cellulose fibers. This product uses pure pulp imported from Canada and does not contain waste paper pulp. Fiber cement boards are produced in sheet form for indoor and outdoor hanging, partition and flooring applications. The normal size is 1220×2440mm, the thickness is 4~20mm, and the density is 1.3~1.6g/cm3. There are low density, medium density and high density. |

Partition installation method
Galvanized metal frame
1. The upper and lower keels are respectively fixed on the top floor and the floor with expansion bolts.
2. The vertical keel should be aligned according to the requirements (generally 612 mm), and the horizontal support keel should be installed.
Sheet bag fixed
1. Cut the board into the required size (about 10mm lower than the height of the wall)
2. The board is fixed on the keel with self-tapping screws in the way of anchor joints: the distance between self-tapping screws is generally about 200~250mm, and the screws sink into the board surface 0.5mm below.
3. An expansion joint of about 4 mm should be reserved between the boards.
4. The shielding should be fixed from the middle to the four sides, and multiple points cannot be operated at the same time
Avoid buckling of the sheet due to internal stress.
5. Before the veneer package is fixed, it can be filled with glass wool or rock wool as needed.
