Alabaster is a one-sided product. 1-2) Quality controlWe are committed to quality and customer service with a proactive approach. We will not let quality lag behind cost or schedule as this is our fundamental strategy for growth. * Inclusions: No more than two (2) pits, inclusions, contamination, voids or air bubbles with a maximum diameter of 1.5mm are permitted on 1220mm X 2440mm panels. *All sheets should be covered with protective covers. *Surface: No more than two (2) scratches, scuffs, streaks, irregularities or texture defects of a maximum length of 3mm are permitted on 1220mm X 2440mm panels. Surface damage can be evidenced by damage to the shield. * The surface of the top material should be planed, smooth, without traces of processing lines. * The surface of the substrate is allowed to conform to the machine pattern. * Aesthetics: Bubbles or White Spots: The diameter of any single area on the paper must be limited to 50 mm. Only two (2) areas of bubbles or white spots are allowed per sheet. Shipping orders must not contain more than 10% of any one color with air bubbles or white spots - even if each sheet maintains the above specifications. * Flatness: no more than 3 mm of curvature from the center of the panel to any outer edge. * Chips/Cracks: Chips or cracks are not allowed on the corners or edges of the panels.

Our resin boards can be cut with conventional wood or plastic cutting tools (band saw, circular saw or jig saw). When cutting with a panel saw or table saw, it is recommended to use a carbide three-bladed blade. Be sure to use supports when drilling holes in the panel, or you may cause splintering. Also, drill holes should be located at least 2 inches (50 mm) from any edge to prevent edge cracking.
