Ready mix drywall compound

For gypsum wallboard finishes and textures. Do not mix with other materials.

If the joint compound is dry, carefully add water to read the desired consistency.

The best way is to add 1 kg of caulk to 550 ml of water.

1 Spread mixture into any gaps between boards and fill tapers. Cut a piece of tape and press into the seam. Cover the tape with the mixture and remove the excess, making sure the seam is level with the surface, the first seam width is 100-120mm.

2 After the first coat has set and dried, apply another coat extending 50mm to 60mm on each side. Make sure the coating is tight and blends into the surface of the board.

3 Once the second coat has set and dried, apply a final coat extending 50mm to 60mm on each side, ensuring it is tight and blends into the surface of the board.

4 Once the final coat has set and dried, the joints should be lightly sanded with 120-grit sandpaper using a hand-held or pole sander.

application:

This compound should not be used at temperatures above 45°C or below 0°C. It must be applied to every siding joint. To ensure adequate adhesion of the compound, the tape must be firmly pressed onto the board using a hammerhead joint knife, distributing the compound evenly. Likewise, apply all-purpose compound to screw heads and plastic or metal corners. For better results, apply two or three coats of compound to the tape. Remove excess compound from the plate before drying. Make sure that the dry compound does not come into contact with the rest of the mixture.
