A1: Don't worry. Please feel free to contact us. In order to get more orders and provide more convenience to our customers, we accept small orders.

Q2: Can you send the product to my country? 

A2: Sure. If you don't have your own forwarder, we can help you.

Q3: Can you do OEM for me?

A3: We accept all OEM orders, just contact us and give me your design. We will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you as soon as possible.

Q4: What is your payment terms?

A4: By T/T, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept PayPal!

Q5: How can I place an order?

A5: Sign the PI first, pay the deposit, then we will arrange the production. You need to pay the balance after the production is completed. Finally we will ship.

Q6: When can I get the quotation?

A7: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you need a quotation urgently. Please call us or tell us in your mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q7. How can I get a sample?
We usually provide customers with existing stock samples for free. If you need samples for OEM color and printing, we will charge you some fees based on the actual cost incurred, and the fee is refundable when placing an order. We accept sample fee payment via PayPal.
We usually ask for freight collect to ship the samples. It would be great if you have an account for international express such as Fefex, UPS, DHL and TNT. If you don't have an express account available, we can prepay the freight here, you just need to pay it to our paypal account accordingly.

Q8. What certificates do you have?
The quality of our products meets BPA FREE, LFGB, EU food safety grades, and we have obtained certificates for some products.
