HDPE geomembrane lining
HDPE smooth geomembrane is made of high-density polyethylene resin as raw material, adding carbon black, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet components, and produced by blown film process. 1. Food grade material
PE is non-toxic, has no peculiar smell, stable chemical properties, no pollution to plants and aquatic organisms, has solubility, and is a complete food-grade material;
2. Anti-seepage
Seepage prevention is the core function of geomembranes, which are used in fish ponds, landfills and mines;
3. MOQ
For the MOQ of our geomembrane, any quantity is acceptable if the destination port is in China, such as your warehouse in China;
If the destination port is abroad, our geomembrane MOQ is at least 3 rolls.
Considering the shipping cost, it is highly recommended that you purchase a container.
4. Virgin or recycled material
As we all know, there are raw materials and recycled materials for geomembrane, and you can choose according to your own design.
If you're not sure about the design, you're usually better off using a new material if:
A. It is better to use the original geomembrane when used directly in the sun;
B. The thickness is less than 0.5mm (not included), it is best to use native geomembrane;
C. Where recyclables can be used, virgins can always be used;
D. For places or procedures that are difficult to maintain, it is best to use original materials.

6. Lifespan
High-quality PE can be used for more than 50 years, and when used in harsh environments, such as places that are too hot, too cold or strong acid, the life span will be shorter than 50 years;
7. Quantity calculation
If you know how to calculate quantities, please ignore this section.
If not, when calculating the quantity, don't forget the solder connection 20cm and edge loss 50cm.
8. Payment in installments
Welding machines involved are also available. If you don't know much about the welding installation of geomembrane, we will provide installation welding instruction and video for free, you just need to arrange other questions.
