The product can be embedded in walls, surrounds or structures. Please note the product dimensions and build your wall, fence or structure accordingly. You need a minimum distance of 400mm from the bottom of the fuel bed to any shelf/housing above the product. This will allow enough room above the product for the flame to fully develop without being blocked.

Q1. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check the quality. You need to pay the sample fee and shipping fee, and the sample fee can be refunded after the formal order.

Q2. What about the delivery time?

A: The sample lead time is 15 days, and the production lead time is 45 to 60 days, depending on the production status.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement?

A: It depends on the model you choose. Some models can accept very small MOQ, some models may not.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your designated forwarder.It usually takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container orders, always by sea, the shipping time depends on your destination.

Q5. How to process an order?

A: We will send you the quotation for the selected model or according to your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation and place the order, we will send you PI for confirmation. According to the payment term in PI, the production will be arranged immediately after the deposit is paid.

Q6. What about the payment term?

A: 100% TT for sample or small quantity order. 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L for container order.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we provide 1 year warranty for our products.

Q8: Do you accept customized designs?

A: Customized designs are always welcome. Just send us your ideas or provide us with drawings for further communication.
