1. Do you have samples? How about the sample time and cost?
It will be ready in 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express, if you don't have an account, you can use our own express account or prepay for us.
2. Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually, it depends on the product. For low value products, we will provide free samples with freight collect. But for some high value samples, it needs sample cost and freight. Please confirm that all sample charges can be refunded after placing an order.

1. What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is usually 500pcs for big basket and 1000pcs for small basket.
2. Can you do OEM?
Yes, we can customize size, color, material and even weaving method according to your request. Warmly welcome customized designs.
3. What is the production time?
Usually 30-45 days depends on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 45-60 days.
4. Can you make customer's own brand?
We can provide hang tags, labels or covers in your own design and logo.

What shipping methods can I choose?
We usually offer our customers FOB prices in USD. Door to door (shipping to your store address) or CIF prices are available upon customer request. Shipping port is Haiphong, 4 hours drive from our factory

What are your payment terms?
For small order value (< 2000 USD), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order value, we accept 50% deposit and balance T/T against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.
