1) How can I get a sample?

A: You can contact our sales via TM or email to get samples.
2) How long does delivery take?
A: The delivery time is 7-15 days depending on the order quantity.
3) How do I place an order?
A: You can contact us via TM or email to find out your order details, or place the order directly at ALIBABA TRADE ASSURANCE, then we will confirm the shipping cost again and then inform you.
4)How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will ask you to pay. T/T and Western Union are our most common ways.
5) What is the ordering process?
A: First, we discuss the order details, production details by email or TM. Then, we will send you PI for your confirmation. You will be asked to pay the full amount or deposit in advance before we start production. After receiving the deposit, we start to process the order. If we don't have it in stock, we usually need 7-15 days. Before production is finished, we will contact you for shipping details and balance payment. After payment is cleared, we start to prepare shipment for you.
6) What will you do when your customers receive defective products?
A: Replacement. If the product is defective, we usually refund the customer or replace it in the next shipment.
7) How to check all the goods on the production line?
A: We do random inspection and finished product inspection. We will inspect the goods when they enter the next production process.
